- Choose: Rarely, Occasionally, or Frequently

- Are you currently enrolled in Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug plan?
- Select your current plan type: Original Medicare, Medicare Supplement, Other, or "I don't know"
- Plans are sorted by "Monthly premium" (you can change this)
- Green text = your doctors and medications are covered
- Look at "Estimated Annual costs" - this is your total yearly cost
- Click "More Information" to see full plan details
- Click the blue "Enroll" button on your chosen plan
- You'll see enrollment requirements and what happens next
- Click the final "Enroll" button to start your application
- Enter your Medicare number and birth date
- Fill out personal information (name, address, phone, email)
- Enter your Medicare information from your red, white & blue card
- Choose your enrollment period (for turning 65, select "I am new to Medicare")
- Review and submit your application
